Easy Antipasto - Olives & Cheese

Kalamata Olives & Bococcini Balls
Prep time: 5 minutes
Marinate time: at least 30 minutes

Small bococcini balls (bite size)
Pitted Kalamata olives and their oil
2-3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
1 tsp mixed Italian dried herbs

Mix everything together and let the flavors meld for at least 30 minutes.

Note: I marinate the olives and use them without the cheese for many dishes - like the Spicy Olive & Sun-dried Tomato Lasagna or Ezekiel's Chicken.
