Sunflower & Cumin Seed Bread

Sunflower & Sesame Seed Bread
From the Toastmaster Bread Maker Cookbook

Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Bread maker time: 4 hours in the bread maker.
Makes 1.5 lb/680 g loaf

1 egg at room temperature plus
Enough water (80°F/27°C) to equal ¾ cup
1½ tbsp oil
2 tsp molasses
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1½ cups bread flour (my daughter used all-purpose flour)
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ tbsp toasted sesame seeds
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1 ½ tbsp sunflower seeds
1 ½ tsp Red Star Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp Red Star Quick Rise Yeast
1 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine in the order above.

2. Turn the machine on French bread mode (for low fat recipes with chewy inside and crispy on the outside. Joanna says you could also do it on whole grain or regular setting) and go about your business until your bread machine beeps at you. Ours takes about 4 hours start to finish.
