Fettuccini with Olive Oil, Garlic & Basil
Fettuccini with Olive Oil, Garlic & Basil
Prep time: 20 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 half box of fettuccini pasta (or whatever your favorite pasta is)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp basil, shredded or chiffonade
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water as per package instructions (usually 6-8 minutes).
2. Place the drained pasta in a large pasta bowl and toss with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve with a simple salad and your done.
