Marinated Strip Loin Steaks

Marinated Strip Loin Steaks
Inspired by a Lea & Perrins ad and is South Beach DietFriendly

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Marinating Time: 1 hour (on the counter) to overnight (in the fridge)
Cook Time: 10 minutes or so

Serves 2


2 strip loin steaks
½ tbsp olive oil
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (about ½ large lemon)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (cilantro, basil, oregano or any combination will also taste delicious)

1.Grease a grill pan with ½ tbsp of olive oil over high heat until the oil smokes a bit. Add the steaks (without extra marinade). Sear for a minute on each side, Lover the heat to medium high and cook 4-5 minutes per side.

Of course if you’re lucky enough to have a bbq…just grill for 4-5 minutes per side and enjoy!
