juice of ½ lemon, ½ lime, ½ orange
1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cloves garlic, minced

smoked paprika to sprinkle over the fish before roasting
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
2. In a small bowl, combine the juices, olive oil, garlic, cilantro (reserve a little for presentation).
3. Place the fish in an oven proof dish and pour the mixture over the fish. Let it marinate on the counter for 15minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Roast for 10-15 minutes. The flesh should be moist and white in the center.
