Ralph Brennan's Creole Seasoning
From: Ralph Brennan's New Orleans Seafood Cookbook

Hands-on time: 5 minutes

Makes 1 cup

½ cup sweet paprika
¼ cup kosher salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp dried oregano

1. Combine everything in a bowl and place in an airtight container for up to three months.
